While we can’t give everything away just yet, SMA Projects is privileged to announce that we will be breathing new life into the former site of The Regent Theatre on Johnston Street. With an address as prestigious as this, our entire team understands the responsibility that comes with the task ahead of us. It’s one that we are all excited to meet head on.

In the coming months, you can expect to hear more from us about our vision for this Future Fitzroy classic. We’ve been working alongside architects, designers and thinkers who know and respect the neighbourhood just as much as SMA Projects.
